Like our previous Motion Design Elements v18: Flags 1, this follow-up contains accurate, up-to-date and extremely useful flags which have been researched extensively to ensure correct graphics, colors and proportions. The 149 animations in this volume include the second half of our international flag collection -- international countries and national regions falling under the alphabetic categories of Q to Z. However this volume also contains a host of other useful material: the flags of 11 international organizations, all 50 United States state flags (plus the flag for the District of Columbia), flags for 5 United States territories and protectorates, the 5 flags of the divisions of the United States Armed Forces, 5 United States flags of historic importance and all 10 Canadian provincial flags, as well as the flags of its three territories.

As with Flags 1, each flag has been textured with realistic cloth texture and stitching, and then animated with a dynamic wind ripple motion and as usual in the Motion Design Elements Library, the animations are provided with alpha channel transparency so they can be used in any kind of production or editing situation.
